Our services. We provide commercial appliance and kitchen-equipment repair for foodservice businesses. We are an independent service, not affiliated with True, Traulsen, Turbo Air, Hoshizaki, Manitowoc, Hobart, Vulcan, Garland or any other manufacturer, and not a manufacturer-authorized center; all brand names are the trademarks of their respective owners. We use OEM parts where specified and our work is our own.

Estimates and pricing. Our diagnostic / service call is $95, credited toward the repair when you proceed. After-hours and emergency service carry additional rates. Any repair estimate is provided before work begins and is based on the diagnosis; parts prices and availability can change, and a firm quote is confirmed on site. Prices shown on this website are typical market ranges for reference, not a fixed quote.

Warranty. Completed repairs are backed by a 90-Day Parts & Labor Warranty covering the parts we install and the labor we perform, under normal commercial use. The warranty does not cover new, unrelated faults, damage from misuse, power surges, or work performed by others after our visit.

Scheduling and access. Same-day and emergency availability depend on schedule and location. You are responsible for providing safe access to the equipment. Sealed-system and refrigerant work is performed by an EPA-certified technician in accordance with applicable regulations, and gas work is performed to code.

Limitation of liability. Our liability for any claim relating to a repair is limited to the amount paid for that repair; we are not liable for consequential losses such as spoiled inventory or lost business.
